This is a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty extension, covering every element of the unit in the event of a defect. In such an event, simply email us with your purchase information and the 3 or 4-digit product identifier code on the back of the unit (so we can trace it back to the exact assembly line, date, and personnel) and we will rush you out a replacement unit, free of charge, along with a return label to ship us back the faulty unit.
